You’re a trained assassin with one mission, infiltrate a costume party and take care of any rival assassins while getting rid of any witnesses. Only problem, you don’t know who the rival assassins are and they have the same mission as you. Will you be the last one standing?
The game play is quite simple. You’re one of 20 people at a costume party but no one knows who you are. Your job is to kill everyone at the party and hope that one of them is one of the other players. You role a die and whatever color it lands on is the one you have control over. Doesn’t matter what room you’re in, if the die lands on blue then you have to either move a character out of the blue room or move a character from a connecting room into the blue room. The only exception is when you land on black. In that case, you either draw a character card or kill someone in your room. My advice, unless there are several people in your room, draw a character card. Last thing you want to do is reveal who you are too soon in the game. Unfortunately, you can only draw up to three cards so you might want to be careful with that. I drew three cards too soon and had to kill myself when I rolled black a fourth time. However, when I play it with my friends, it’s not uncommon for us to move all the characters into one room. “Party in the [blank] room,” is actually a catch phrase of ours.
This game is simple and addictive. I give it an 8 out of 10; a great quick game to play with your friends. If you’re anything like me, you’ll end up playing this more than once.
